Official teaser video for new Call of Duty revealed

Activision has revealed an official teaser video for the new Call of Duty video game, featuring an unnamed man delivering a cryptic warning.

“Make no mistake, we will rip you from the history books,” the man says. “Every last trace of you, gone. You will know loss. We will be the architects of your pain. We will build monuments to your destruction. The whole world will bear witness to this, our ascension. We will blot out the skies, we will bury you in darkness. Know this, and know us. We are your enemy. We are the Settlement Defense Front.”

The next game in the franchise is being developed by Infinity Ward, the developers of the original Call of Duty game as well as Call of Duty: Ghosts and many others in the series.

A leak earlier in the week pointed toward the new game being called Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. A special edition of the game will reportedly feature a remaster of 2007’s Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. An official reveal of all the game’s details are expected to be announced soon, so check back here as we learn more!
