Netflix’s Criminal Premiere Date Set for September
Netflix has revealed the premiere date for their upcoming police interrogation drama Criminal which will feature David Tennant (Doctor Who) and Hayley Atwell (Agent Carter) in guest-starring roles. Created by showrunners George Kay (Killing Eve) and Jim Field Smith (The Wrong Mans), the series is scheduled to make its debut on September 20.
Criminal has a particularly unique premise, by only showing what takes place exclusively within the confines of a police interview suite. This makes for a stripped down, cat-and-mouse drama that will focus on the intense mental showdown between the cop and the suspect in question.
