What happens at the end of Jack Ryan season 4?
The Jack Ryan season 4 finale saw Jack Ryan producing evidence Senator Henshaw was corrupted before taking a break from the job.
Season 4 has been an emotional roller coaster for Jack (John Krasinski), who did survive and stopped the plan to bomb the United States. During Jack’s open hearing, the titular hero has a harsh confrontation with Henshaw (Derek Cecil), where Jack proves the senator accepted bribes from Adebayo (Okieriete Onaodowan).
After the confrontation, Jack leaves the room and reunites with Mike November (Michael Kelly), James Greer (Wendell Pierce), Elizabeth Wright (Betty Gabriel), and Domingo Chavez (Michael Peña). The team informs Jack that the President of the United States might ask him to run for office. Jack dismisses that option as he looks to Cathy Mueller (Abbie Cornish), who is waiting near him. After saying goodbye, Jack walks away with Cathy heading to a well-deserved vacation.
What happens to Adebayo?
Elizabeth has Adebayo arrested by the police.
Adebayo’s plan to bomb the U.S. ultimately fails as he’s arrested, Zeyara (Zuleikha Robinson) is killed by Chavez, and Bill Tuttle (Michael McElhatton) reveals how the bomb is going to come into the U.S. When Elizabeth confronts Adebayo, she knows his immunity from the CIA doesn’t extend to the police, who gladly arrest the traitor in a restaurant. Elizabeth’s mission to bring about tangible change in the country finally bears fruit. All is well that ends well.
