June 28 brings home Kung Fu Panda 3, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Eye in the Sky, a new Criterion Dr. Strangelove and more!

Recent big screen releases coming home June 28 include director Gavin Hood’s military thriller Eye in the Sky, the animated family adventure Kung Fu Panda 3, the heist actioner Precious Cargo and the comedy drama Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, starring Tina Fey, Margot Robbie and Martin Freeman.
The Criterion Collection has a pair of Blu-rays this week with both a definitive take on Stanley Kubrick’s war comedy Dr. Strangelove and the debut of Olivier Assayas’ 2014 drama The Clouds of Sils Maria.
Warner Archive has another great round of titles arriving June 28, including rereleases of several long out of print titles as MOD discs. Be on the lookout for 1953’s Count the Hours, 1967’s Up the Down Staircase, 1967’s Jack of Diamonds, 1968’s Petulia, 1981’s Rollover, 1986’s The Morning After, 1995’s Total Eclipse and 1999’s Drop Dead Gorgeous. There’s also a complete set of the late 1960s children’s series The New Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and a Lee Tracy 4-Film Collection, which includes 1937’s Criminal Lawyer, 1937’s Behind the Headlines, 1938’s Crashing Hollywood and 1939’s Fixer Dugan.
Small screen releases arriving June 28 include, on DVD, the recent Disney Channel original movie Adventures in Babysitting and, via Shout! Factory, a complete set of Two Guys and a Girl (formerly Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place), the sitcom that helped launched the career of leading man Ryan Reynolds.
Also arriving June 28 is seasons 11-13 of the world’s longest running webseries with Red vs. Blue: The Chorus Trilogy. Look for the set to arrive in a stylish Steelbook design.
