The Fury of Firestorm airs Wednesday, October 27 on The CW
The CW and DC Entertainment have released a bunch of new material from next week’s all-new episode of The Flash. In the gallery viewer below, you can check out 20 new stills from from the episode, titled “The Fury of Firestorm”. There’s even a stylish poster, featuring both halves of the new Firestorm!
“The Fury of Firestorm” (Episode 2×04) is officially described as follows:
Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team look for another Firestorm match for Dr. Stein (Victor Garber). When the team meets Jefferson “Jax” Jackson (guest star Franz Drameh), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) has her reservations about whether Jax is the right match for Dr. Stein. Iris (Candice Patton) surprises Joe (Jesse L. Martin) while Barry and Patty (guest star Shantel VanSanten) grow closer.
The Flash stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West, Rick Cosnett as Eddie Thawne, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon and Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West. The new season sees the addition of newcomers Teddy Sears as Jay Garrick, Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West, Shantel VanSanten as Patty Spivot, Violett Beane as Jesse Quick, Demore Barnes as Tokamak, and Candyman himself Tony Todd as the voice of the new “big bad,” Zoom.
It was announced earlier this year that Franz Drameh will be reprising his Firestorm role for the upcoming DC Comics limited series, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
The Flash is executive produced by Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, David Nutter and Sarah Schechter and airs Tuesdays at 8 P.M. EST on The CW. Catch ‘The Fury of Firestorm” Tuesday, October 27.
