November 3 brings home Inside Out, Toy Story That Time Forgot, Vacation and a whole lot more!

Joy is the primary emotion being felt by Disney•Pixar fans this week as November 3 brings home both the acclaimed original feature film Inside Out as well as the enjoyable television special, Toy Story That Time Forgot! Other recent big screen releases hitting shelves November 3 include Chris Evans’ directorial debut Before We Go. Check out our recent interview with Evans and his leading lady, Alice Eve.
Also available today are David Foster Wallace biopic, The End of the Tour, starring Jason Segel and Jesse Eisenberg, Todd Strauss-Schulson’s postmodern horror comedy The Final Girls, Peter Bogdanovich’s recent comedy ensemble She’s Funny That Way, the crime thriller Operator, the actioner Tiger House (starring The Maze Runner‘s Kaya Scodelario) and New Line Cinema’s franchise sequel/reboot Vacation.
A LEGO Brickumentary, meanwhile, offers a look at the real life history of the famous Danish toy company.
Scream Factory has two recent horror titles arriving November 3 with the vampire comedy Bloodsucking Bastards and the giant killer wasp thriller, Stung. Olive Films, meanwhile, delivers 1981’s infamous Roar, in which 70 members of the cast and crew suffered injuries from the film’s menagerie of wild beasts.
Criterion has a new Eclipse set arriving November 3 with Julien Duvivier in the Thirties. It includes five films from the Pepe le Mokohelmer.
On the small screen front, November 3 brings along the second season of producer Michael Bay’s Black Sails and a new special “Gold Record” edition of the hit FOX series Empire. There’s also the first half of Doctor Who‘s ninth modern series and, for the first time, a complete Blu-ray set for That ’70s Show. Although they’re DVD only, November 3 also delivers complete series sets for Californication and I Love Lucy.
For Steelbook collectors, HBO this week offers up new editions of both Game of Thrones: Season One and Season Two, now equipped with a Dolby Atmos track for the first time.
Arriving via Digital HD this week is Noah Baumbach’s recent comedy, Mistress America.

- Mapping the Mind - Inside Out's artists take you through the years-long process of designing and creating a world everyone knows, but no one has ever seen - the human mind.
- Our Dads, the Filmmakers - Elie Docter (daughter of director, Pete Docter) and Grace Giacchino (daughter of composer, Michael Giacchino) bring you behind the scenes for an inside look at the making of the film.
- Into the Unknown: The Sound of Inside Out - What is the sound of a memory forming? Sound designer Ren Klyce describes the challenges - and the unique solutions - involved in creating the aural world of Inside Out.
- The Misunderstood Art of Animation Film Editing - Learn more about the crucial role of an animation film editor, who helps take the story from its earliest, most exploratory versions, to the final, polished film you see onscreen.
- Deleted Scenes:
Riley Grows Up - In this scene from a version of the film where the primary relationship was between Joy and Fear (then named Freddie), the emotions begin to notice a change in Riley.
Joy's Decline - Joy's struggles to make sense of the limitations on Riley's behavior that seem to be springing up at every turn.
Misdirection -Joy and Freddie encounter a group of Riley's "retired" imaginary friends, including an early version of Big Bong.
Construction - Joy is guided through Riley's mind by a radical non-conformist, Bing Bong, outraged by the demolition of older areas like Imagination Park.
