New zombie road thriller It Stains the Sands Red releases new clip

Making the rounds ’round the weird wide web today is one helluva creepy clip from the new zombie road shocker It Stains the Sands Red. The clip was first premiered via Entertainment Weekly in anticipation of its World Premiere at the 2016 Sitges Film Festival.

The film is written by The Vicious Brothers‘ Colin Minihan and Stuart Ortiz (Grave Encounters, Extraterrestrial) and directed by Minihan. In this clip you’ll see a perverse riff on The Road Runner as a rock throwing woman faces off against a zombie in the middle of the desert.

It Stains the Sands Red stars Emmy-winning actress Brittany Allen as Molly, a troubled woman from Las Vegas with a dark past, who finds herself stranded in the desert with a lone and ravenous zombie on her tail in the throes of a zombie apocalypse.

ICM Partners will act as International sales agents for the film.
