Check out new pics from Hasbro’s line of Black Panther toys
There are new items being added to the Hasbro line of Black Panther toys in anticipation of Marvel’s upcoming film, according to THR. The site has new pics of the line, which you can see in the gallery below. The Black Panther toys debuted at the MCM London Comic Con and will be available in spring of 2018. The film will hit theaters on February 16, 2018.
The Black Panther toys are sold separately and will retail for $19.99 each. The figures are six inches tall and are part of the Marvel Legends line. They’ll feature premium articulation and will contain parts of the Build-a-Figure. If you collect them all, you can create Okoye, one of Black Panther’s body guards. The characters include Black Panther, Erik Kilmonger and Nakia.
Marvel Studios’ Black Panther follows T’Challa who, after the death of his father, the King of Wakanda, returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation to succeed to the throne and take his rightful place as king. But when a powerful old enemy reappears, T’Challa’s mettle as king—and Black Panther—is tested when he is drawn into a formidable conflict that puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk. Faced with treachery and danger, the young king must rally his allies and release the full power of Black Panther to defeat his foes and secure the safety of his people and their way of life.
Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman, reprising his Captain America: Civil War role, alongside Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, with Angela Bassett, with Forest Whitaker and, returning from Avengers: Age of Ultron, Andy Serkis.
Black Panther will be released on February 16, 2018. What do you think of the new Black Panther toys? Let us know in the comments.
