Quentin Tarantino says he talked Kill Bill Vol. 3 with Uma recently
In a recent interview on the Happy Sad Confused podcast (via Bloody Disgusting), director Quentin Tarantino spoke possibility of another sequel to the iconic martial arts film Kill Bill, revealing that Kill Bill Vol. 3 is something that he recently talked about with star Uma Thurman.
“Me and Uma have talked about it recently, frankly, to tell you the truth,” Tarantino said. “I have thought about it a little further. We were talking about it literally last week. If any of my movies were going to spring from my other movies, it would be a third Kill Bill.”
Kill Bill: Volume 1 was released in 2003 and starred Thurman in the iconic role of The Bride, one of her most recognizable roles. The film was followed by Volume 2 in 2004, both of which received positive reviews from critics.

In a past interview, Tarantino himself was the first one to suggest a Volume 3 as a film he’d like to make happen, wanting to see Vernita Green’s daughter Nikki get her own revenge on Beatrix. In the years since Tarantino has been non-comittal about the project, and any actual traction on the film remains to be seen.
