Belle is out in theaters today and to celebrate three different music videos have been released featuring the English dub.
The animated film is a modern-day reimagining of the French fairy tale Beauty and the Beast, the anime film has received worldwide praise for its gorgeous visuals and emotional story. The latest film from Studio Chizu is helmed by director Mamoru Hosoda (Mirai, Wolf Children).

“Suzu is a shy, everyday high school student living in a rural village. For years, she has only been a shadow of herself. But when she enters ‘U,’ a massive virtual world, she escapes into her online persona as Belle, a gorgeous and globally-beloved singer,” says the official synopsis. “One day, her concert is interrupted by a monstrous creature chased by vigilantes. As their hunt escalates, Suzu embarks on an emotional and epic quest to uncover the identity of this mysterious ‘beast’ and to discover her true self in a world where you can be anyone.”

Belle is written and directed by Hosoda. The film’s crew also includes character designer Jin Kim (Frozen, Moana, Big Hero 6), as well as directors Tomm Moore and Ross Stewart of Cartoon Saloon (Wolfwalkers). It will be produced by Studio Chizu.
