According to Deadline, Golden Globe winner Jason Bateman and Oscar nominee Jude Law have signed on for the leading roles in Netflix’s forthcoming limited drama titled Black Rabbit. In addition to starring, both acclaimed actors are also set to executive produce, with Bateman also serving as the director.

Black Rabbit will be written by Zach Baylin and Kate Susman. This project will be added to Bateman’s growing list of upcoming projects with Netflix, which includes the film adaptation of Dark Wire and the Taron Egerton-led thriller film Carry On.
Further details about the plot and characters are still being kept under wraps. The film hails from Aggregate Films, Riff Raff Entertainment, Youngblood Pictures, and Automatik Entertainment. It will also be produced by Michael Costigan, Ben Jackson, Kate Susman, and Zach Baylin.

This project marks Bateman’s first TV role since the series finale of the Emmy-winning crime drama Ozark. Meanwhile, Law is currently in production for Jon Watt’s Star Wars series Skeleton Crew. He will also next be seen in Disney’s Peter Pan and Wendy film.
