Wes Anderson’s latest work is hitting Hulu this week.
Starting on Tuesday, October 25, the streaming service will add The French Dispatch to its available content. Anderson wrote and directed the film from a story by Anderson, Roman Coppola, Jason Schwartzman, and Hugo Guinness. The movie is independently financed by billionaire Steve Rales of Indian Paintbrush, who regularly backs Anderson’s projects. Described as a love letter to journalists, The French Dispatch brings to life a collection of stories from the final issue of an American magazine published in a fictional 20th-century French city.
The A-List ensemble includes Oscar winners Frances McDormand, Benicio Del Toro, Adrien Brody, and Tilda Swinton along with Oscar nominees Timothée Chalamet, Bill Murray, and Owen Wilson. Léa Seydoux, Lyna Khoudri, Jeffrey Wright, Mathieu Amalric, and Stephen Park are also starring in the film along with Liev Schreiber, Elisabeth Moss, Edward Norton, Willem Dafoe, Lois Smith, Saoirse Ronan, Christoph Waltz, Anjelica Huston, Jason Schwartzman, Henry Winkler, and more.
