Unboxing and building the LEGO Dimensions Year 2 sets!
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has officially debuted the first batch of LEGO Dimensions Year 2 content, and sent along some of the new packs to us. You can see a full gallery of everything you’ll find with the new sets below along with some thoughts on the content.
The first wave of LEGO Dimensions Year 2 sets include the Ghostbusters Story Pack, Adventure Time and Mission: Impossible Level Packs, Harry Potter and Adventure Time Team Packs, and The A-Team Fun Pack. A ton of even more content is set to be released later this year, including expansion packs based on the highly-anticipated films Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and The LEGO Batman Movie, plus wildly popular properties like The Goonies, Sonic The Hedgehog, Teen Titans Go!, LEGO City Undercover, Knight Rider, The Powerpuff Girls, Gremlins, Beetlejuice and E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial which will be released in product waves stretching into summer of next year.
All expansion packs provide players with continued compatibility to use everything from waves 1-9 interchangeably, anywhere throughout the game. And no new starter pack is required, as all new packs will simply enhance the LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack game and work with the existing LEGO Toy Pad.
Developed by TT Games and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, LEGO Dimensions is now available for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360, and the Wii U system. You can also check out a new trailer for the game’s latest addition of Battle Arenas below!

The Mission: Impossible level pack takes your through a condensed version of the first film in the franchise and allows you to play as Ethan Hunt and gives you two new vehicles, the IMF Scrambler and IMF Sport Car.

The Adventure Time Level Pack recreates the world of Ooo for players and might be my favorite single piece of content from the entire game. Deep cut references to the show are thrown in for obsessive fans but it's also just plain fun. The pack gets you a mini-fig of Finn the Human, plus Jake the Dog as a car and the Ancient Psychic Tandem War Elephant, shortened simply to the Ancient War Elephant.
