New Fosse/Verdon trailer highlights story of love and loss
There’s only about a month and a half left before the premiere of the highly-anticipated biopic miniseries Fosse/Verdon on FX and the marketing is ramping up, delivering a new trailer that promises an epic tale of love, loss and dance. Check out the Fosse/Verdon trailer in the player below!

The eight-part series is based on Fosse, the biography written by Sam Wasson, which tells the story of the love and collaboration between the two. Fosse was a filmmaker and legendary Broadway director/choreographer, while Gwen Verdon (Michelle Williams) was a wonderful Broadway dancer. The series will feature Fosse’s choreography and focus on the hidden corners of the entertainment business
Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, Dear Evan Hansen‘s Steven Levenson, and Thomas Kail will all executive produce alongside stars Rockwell and Williams, as well as George Stelzner. Levenson will serve as showrunner, and has written the pilot episode, which Kail will direct. Actress/dancer Nicole Fosse, who’s the daughter of Fosse and Verdon, will as co-executive producer. Co-producer Andy Blankenbuehler will serve as the choreographer.

The series is produced by Fox 21 Television Studios and FXP and will premiere on April 9.
