Avengers: Endgame is the 8th highest grossing movie of all time after 7 days
After seven days of release, Avengers: Endgame is officially the 8th highest grossing movie of all time with $1.48 billion worldwide. In the past two days the film has passed Black Panther ($1.347 billion) and Avengers: Age of Ultron ($1.405 billion). The film is now the third highest grossing Marvel Studios movie with only Marvel’s The Avengers ($1.518 billion) and Avengers: Infinity War ($2.048 billion) standing in its way.

Internationally the movie has crossed the $1 billion mark, pushing it past Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 ($961 million), The Fate of the Furious ($1.01 billion) and Jurassic World ($1.019 billion) to become the #6 highest grossing international movie of all-time.
Domestically, with an estimated $427 million to date, Avengers: Endgame has entered the top 20 all-time domestic after just 5 days of release.
Today also marks the May Day holiday in many countries, including China, where early estimates for the film’s Wednesday grosses are another $74 million for the film, pushing its China total to $463 million and making it the highest grossing foreign film of all time in the Middle Kingdom.

Cast members for the fourth film include Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Sean Gunn, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, and Josh Brolin as Thanos.
