Netflix has released the official The Lincoln Lawyer trailer for the upcoming series adaptation of Michael Connelly’s bestselling crime novel series. All 10 episodes will be available for streaming on May 13.

The first season of The Lincoln Lawyer will be based on the series’ second book, The Brass Verdict. The series stars Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Neve Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, Angus Sampson, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Christopher Gorham, Krista Warner, Michael Graziadei, and Jamie McShane.
“When his former law partner is killed, Mickey Haller is left to take over the firm, including a high-profile murder trial,” says the synopsis. “With the biggest case he’s ever had to tackle out of the back seat of his Lincoln Town Car, Mickey discovers there may be more at stake than he thought.”

The Lincoln Lawyer series is created, written and executive produced by David E. Kelly (Big Little Lies, Mr. Mercedes), with Ted Humphrey serving as the showrunner. Executive producers are Ted Humphrey, Michael Connelly, and Ross Fineman.
