Searchlight Pictures has released the official teaser trailer for its forthcoming dark comedy thriller titled The Menu, starring Golden Globe winner Anya Taylor-Joy, Ralph Fiennes, and Nicholas Hoult. The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on November 18.
The Menu teaser trailer, which you can check out below, offers our first glimpse of the characters including Fiennes as an authoritarian chef and Taylor-Joy as a skeptical woman who’s doubting the chef and his staff’s methods and intentions.

The Menu is directed by Mark Mylod (Game of Thrones, Succession) from a screenplay written by Seth Reiss and Will Tracy. Joining Taylor-Joy, Fiennes, and Hoult are Hong Chau, John Leguizamo, Janet McTeer, Judith Light, Reed Birney, Aimee Carrero, Arturo Castro, Rob Yang, and more.
“A couple (Taylor-Joy and Hoult) travels to a coastal island to eat at an exclusive restaurant where the chef (Fiennes) has prepared a lavish menu, with some shocking surprises,” reads the synopsis.

The Menu is produced by Adam McKay and Betsy Koch through their Hyperobject Industries banner. DanTram Nguyen, Katie Goodson-Thomas, and Zahra Phillips are overseeing the project for Searchlight Pictures.
