Watched at Home: Top streaming films for the week of March 27
Wow! In a shocking development for this week’s DEG Watched at Home Top 20 list, the Tom Hanks drama News of the World catapulted to the top of the streaming list after spending the last few months lingering around the top 10. The move bumps long-time champ The Croods: A New Age down to No. 2 and Monster Hunter down to No. 3. Interestingly enough, Wonder Woman 1984 also fell a few spots after making its debut last week in the top three.

Instead, Disney/Pixar’s Soul and Universal’s Oscar heavyweight Promising Young Woman leapt ahead of Diana to round out the top five.
Another surprise was the inclusion of 2014’s Godzilla at No. 17. Clearly, audiences were preparing for Godzilla vs. Kong and decided to take a peek at Gareth Edwards’ under appreciated action adventure.
The only new addition to the list was The Devil Below, which popped up at No. 20. Otherwise, it was more Yellowstone, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Tenet and Greenland.
