Disney’s latest collaboration with Epic Games has been announced as Ewan McGregor’s Obi-Wan Kenobi is coming to Fortnite this weekend.
Alongside the introduction of Obi-Wan Kenobi on May 22, Fortnite will also be holding a competition called the Obi-Wan Kenobi Cup, where players can win the in-game outfit and back bling. The top 750 players will earn the prize in NA East, while the top 250 will get it in NA West. Other regions are as follow: Europe (top 1,250), Brazil (top 400), Asia (top 150), Oceania (top 100), Middle East (top 100). The approximate retail value is $20 USD.

“For the Obi-Wan Kenobi Cup, all eligible players on a Duos team (as determined by Epic in accordance with these Rules) must rank in the Open League (Division I, II, or III) or higher within Arena in their respective server region by the start of the Event to be eligible to queue up and compete during the Event window as listed in-game,” Epic explains. “The Event will last approximately three hours. Players may participate in a maximum of ten (10) matches during the Event. Players will earn points based on the scoring system listed in Sections 2.4.2 and 2.4.3 (as applicable). Matches for the Event will count only if the match begins before the Event window closes.
At the conclusion of the Event, and subject to the terms and conditions herein, the top point-earning players as listed on the in-game leaderboard from each Region will be awarded prizes.”
