Alice Eve joins Marvel’s Iron Fist season 2
Variety reports that Star Trek Into Darkness actress Alice Eve has joined the cast of Marvel’s Iron Fist for the show’s upcoming second season. Eve’s role is currently being kept under wraps.
“We are very excited to have an actress of Alice’s stature join the cast of ‘Marvel’s Iron Fist,’” Marvel’s head of television and series executive producer Jeph Loeb said. “Her exceptional talent brings an intrigue and danger to her character unlike anyone else.”

No premiere date has been set for the second season of Iron Fist, but it will once again star Finn Jones as the titular hero, Danny Rand. The cast for the series will also include the return of Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing and Simone Missick as Misty Knight. Additional cast members that have not been confirmed but could appear include Jessica Stroup and Tom Pelphrey as Joy and Ward Meachum, plus Carrie-Anne Moss as lawyer Jeri Hogarth, and even Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple.
Marvel’s Iron Fist Season 2 will be showrun by Raven Metzner (Sleepy Hollow, Falling Skies), who replaces Scott Buck on the series.
Finn Jones can next be seen as Iron Fist in Marvel’s Luke Cage Season 2, which will premiere in 2018 on Netflix.
