According to The Hollywood Reporter, HBO Max continues to stock up its already massive and growing library with their successful acquisition of the streaming rights to two popular adult animated sitcoms: Adult Swim’s Rick and Morty and Comedy Central’s long-running series South Park.

However, the deal for Rick and Morty isn’t exclusive as it will continue to stream all of its previous and future episodes on Hulu. All three seasons of the sci-fi animated series will be available on HBO Max when it launches on May 2020 with future seasons expected to continue airing on Adult Swim before going on HBO Max and Hulu.

As for South Park, HBO Max has gained the exclusive streaming rights to the sitcom’s whole library for a $500 million deal, winning a bidding war against other streaming services. All 23 seasons will be available for streaming on June 2020 with each new episode set to debut 24 hours after it premieres on the Comedy Central network. South Park will no longer be available on Hulu by next summer.
